Crossing the historic cente of Merano on foot, you proceed to the top of the hill crowned by the guest villa, the fifteenth-century palace of Francesco Sforza, the thirteenth-century church of Santa Maria in Castello and a number of town houses all connected with the guest villa.

There are appartments and rooms within the villa and the houses round about it.
The entire complex is surrounded by gardens.
The villa contains three double-bedded suites with bath, lounge and cooking area.
In the adjacent houses there are rooms with bath and apartments accomodating from four to twelve persons.
Breakfast and lunch can be provided in the houses for € 40,00 per person.

The beach is a kilometre distant if the visitor wishes to walk, otherwise a 2.3 km road, gentler and negotiable by car, leads down to the sea and the village of Cupramarittima.
There the La Perla Beach chalet will provide a sun bed and beach umbrella for € 5,00 per person, brunch by the sea for € 10,00 and, for € 15,00, dinner by candlelight with music.
